I offer private 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 training sessions (great for couples or friends) in my private studio. Every session blends strength and mobility work, tailored to your goals and fitness level.
We’ll begin with an assessment to understand your needs and create a program designed to build strength, boost bone density, and improve mobility—all in a supportive, enjoyable environment.
With hands-on guidance, I’ll help you master proper form, reduce injury risk, and focus on functional movements that make everyday life easier. Whether you’re training solo or with a partner, you’ll receive personalized attention to keep you progressing at your own pace.

I offer training sessions on Mondays and Thursdays to optimize your week and ensure proper recovery. This schedule provides ample rest between sessions, supporting muscle growth while minimizing the risk of burnout.
WHO should strength train?

As you strengthen your muscles, you also fortify your bones, reducing the risk of fractures and osteoporosis. Additionally, it’s a fantastic mood booster, reducing stress and anxiety while increasing confidence. I’m Laura, a passionate fitness coach dedicated to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. I’m NASM and CPR certified, with experience teaching snowboarding and CrossFit. As a CalFire wife and homeschool mom, I understand how challenging it can be to find time for fitness. However, I firmly believe that prioritizing our health is one of the most valuable investments we can make for ourselves and our families. Whether you want to build strength, enhance your overall health, or simply find joy in fitness, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
